The kids "surprised" me with a birthday party this week. They were so clever in using all their Super 3 research skills to plan, do, then throw the party. The kids went so far as to plan for the decorations, made invitations for everyone in class, made cards and passed them around to get everyone to sign, and planned the menu! They jumped up and yelled surprise and the room was filled with happy faces, balloons and streamers.
